Soft fabric fixation dressing.
Pharmafix is nonwoven adhesive retention sheet with low sensitivity and hypoallergic adhesive for gentle but secure adhesion on fragile skin.
Intended Purpose:
• Retention of post-operative wound dressings.
• Retaining gauze and absorbent pads.
• To secure catheters and drainage tubes.
• Fixation of dressings and appliances where they are likely to be in contact with dirt or water.
• Suitable for use in the workplace

Contraindications:
• Do not use on an infected wound unless under medical supervision.
• Do not use in case of sensitivity to any of the tape components and Medical adhesives
Precautions:
•Do not re-use the same part and dispose it off as a contaminated product.
•if swelling does occur, loosen and re-fasten or replace the tape.
• Ensure skin is dry and clean before application.
• Cut the tape to the required length. The tape length should extend at least one-half inch beyond the dressing.
• Apply the tape and to promote skin health, do not stretch or apply with tension over areas where tape will be adhering directly to skin.
• Smooth down the tape with your fingertips to ensure good adhesion.
